Work on vacation? No, thank you! But volunteer? Yes! Maybe because I don't think of myself as much older than 40 (which I am), I had no idea how many international volunteer programs are available for people who are 50+. Signing up to volunteer, either on your own or with friends or family, is a great way to see the world while doing good.
